Weekly Schedule and Tracker

This is one of my absolute favorite minimalist bullet journal layouts. I like the idea of the footprints to record steps taken for the day and the flame to track calories.

Something a bit different for my workout and meal plan 😤 I need to strongly focus on my workout schedule and eating habits and thought it deserved a separate weekly thread. Still need to tweak it a bit but let's see how it goes! _________________________________ #bulletjournal #bulletjournaling #bulletjournaljunkies #bulletjournallove #planner #planneraddict #plannercommunity #moleskine #bujo #bujojunkies #bujolove #doodle #lettering #typography #draw #showmeyourplanner #bujocommunity #plannergeek #calligraphy #handlettering #journaling #artjournal #minimal #blackandwhite #blog #sfs #leuchtturm1917 #creative #minimalism

Simple Monthly View

Here is a simple way to plan fitness activities for the month. Give it some color (and maybe add an inspiring quote to keep you motivated), and you’re set.

Do you like to add a “Rewards List” in your bullet journal? I think it’s helpful to put rewards for achieving a fitness milestone on the same page as those goals.

It’s even more effective if you can also see your measurements and the progress you’re making.

Exercise log in the bullet journal

If you’re a BuJo newbie, this minimalistic monthly layout or something similar could be a good start.

View this post on Instagram

Here is my exercise log for this month. With again another layout. It's very simple and there is not much going on, but that's alright. I have not exercised a lot yet. I'll be starting again on monday. . . . . . . . . . #bulletjournal #bujo #bujoideas #followme #creativity #calligraphy #lettering #studygram #study #studyblr #bulletjournalcommunity #stationery #bujoinspo #leuchtturm1917 #leuchtturm #bujobeauty #bujojunkies #handlettering #handwritten #journaling #notebook #planner #plannernerd #plannergirl #showmeyourplanner #plannercommunity #wearebujo #planwithme #studyspo #bulletjournalexercisetracker

BuJo Weight and Inches Tracker

Track your weight or body measurements on one page. I like the idea of tracking exercise, and water and food intake on the same page as it can give you insight into what’s working and what’s not.

View this post on Instagram

I wanted to share one of my favourite trackers from May. Here is my completed weight tracker, which shows my exercise, food and water intake at a glance. I added the horizontal line at the end of the month showing my average weight for the month. . I know in the process of losing weight you're not supposed to weigh yourself all the time, but I enjoyed filling out this tracker everyday and it showed me that when I was eating poorly for a few days my weight would reflect that. . . . #bujo #bujotrain #bujolove #bulletjournal #bulletjournallove #planneraddict #ilovepens #bulletjournaladdict #leuchtturm1917 #bulletjournalling #bulletjournaljunkies #bujojunkies #bulletjournalweightloss

Fitness and Mood Tracker

Personally, one of the reasons I love a good workout (and what keeps me motivated) is the sense of wellbeing I feel afterwards.

Tracking your mood post exercise is one way to stay on the path and make fitness a lifestyle.

View this post on Instagram

the fitness and mood tracker is something i’m going to try this year. you can switch up the exercises you want to do each month, and how many you do of them. the mood log is a great way to see how your mood changes over the month (i will use a line graph) materials: journal = agenzio black large dotted notebook @frompaperchase pens = crayola supertips @crayola liner = staedtler black pigment liner 0.3 @staedtlermars washi tape = (will find out soon) #bulletjournal #bulletjournaling #art #fitness #bulletjournalfitness #fitnesstracker #moodtracker #bulletjournalmoodtracker #colour #graph #bulletjournallove #bujo #bujotracker #bulletjournalss #bujowithus

BuJo 30-Day Fitness Challenge

Planning to finally do that 5K or 10K run this year? Using a 30-day fitness challenge is a short and sweet way to boost fitness levels or train for an upcoming running or obstacle-type event.

Healthy Eating Trackers

We all know exercise is nothing without adopting at least a reasonably healthy eating habit.

Tracking food and water intake is easy and do-able in the bullet journal.

4. Food planning #bujofitnesschallenge – I'm going to try to increase my vegetable intake this month and reduce my simple carb intake like breads, rice and croissants. Also since the first few days have been all about celebrations, I'm going to calm down with the alcohol consumption and unhealthy meals that go with it #bujo #bujojunkies #bujoinspire #bujocommunity #bujolove #bujoaddict #bulletjournaling #bulletjournal #bulletjournaljunkies #bulletjournallove #bulletjournalcommunity #bulletjournaladdicts #planneraddict #plannercommunity #plannerlove #plannerpeace #plannerobsessed #plannerlover #plannerdecor #plannernerd #plannergeek #leuchtturm1917 #leuchtturmmasterslim #fit💪 #fitnessmotivation #fitjourney #fitspiration #healthyeating #healthymeal

While you’re there, add a replaceable shopping list card to get super organized and make healthy eating easier for yourself.

I find that meal planning is nearly always a must for making healthy food choices.

Daily Food & Exercise Log

Don’t forget to include water intake as well. Keeping hydrated optimizes your weight loss efforts.

To track my progress in the journey to get myself back in shape, I have decided to use a separate journal for fitness this year. Each day I rapid log the workout and the food. I believe that this will let me focus solely on health & fitness. Plus more the notebooks, more the fun right? 😊 Swipe for the journal setup. What is your fitness plan for this year? Insanity max 30 is totally kicking my ass everyday!! #planwithmechallenge #fitness #workoutjournal #foodlog #bulletjournal #bujosidekick #nopainnogain

Do you have a page in your bullet journal to refer back to for inspiration? I love what Amanda has done here.

Focusing on the “why” for every one of my goals has got to be the single most powerful way I stay motivated.

So today I made a plan. It's a tough thing to be real with yourself, completely honest. So today I set real goals, measurable goals. I got real with myself, I realise what I truly want and all the old excuses don't apply to me anymore, because I have REASONS! Reasons to do better, to be better, to be happier and fitter and healthier. #losebabyweight #healthymummy #reasons #loseweight #getfit #gethealthy #fit #healthy #bujo #bulletjournal #bulletjournaling #bujojunkies #bujofit

Countdown to half-marathon

View this post on Instagram

I'm currently obsessed with #bulletjournaling and I made myself a training schedule/ countdown to my half marathon in November! My #moleskine I picked out in London didn't come with a bunch of dot pages, so I printed some to use and paste in. Added bonus: when I screw up I can just start over without wasting a page in my planner 😂👍🏻now to find a glue stick… #bujo #bujorunners #thismakesmehappy #prettyplannerpages

Let me know what you think in the comments below.

And if you don’t have a bullet journal and you are itching to start one, check out these essential BuJo supplies to get you started.

Bullet Journal Supplies:

Bullet Journal Notebooks:

Two of the top notebooks are Leuchtturm1917 Classic Hardcover Notebook and Moleskine Classic. The Leuchtturm1917 comes in various beautiful colors which I love.

High-quality Ball Point Pens

You can do so much in the bullet journal using high-quality fine point pens.

The Pilot Metropolitan Fountain Pen is one of the best for bullet journaling. And you can’t go wrong with Staedtler Pens.

I love their rainbow ball point pens which are perfect for doodles and coloring in those mood and habit trackers.

Decorative Supplies:

The easiest way to decorate is to use Washi Tapes and Journal Stickers.

Painting with watercolours is another easy way to spruce up the BuJo. And if you’re a hopeless artist like me, you can use stencils to draw nice designs and even to map out your bullet journal with neat boxes and banners.

The 365 Bullet Guide by Zennor Compton shows you how to get organized using the bullet system with activities that take 365 seconds or less  daily for one year.
